"I think the Internet Protocol of New Generation is very important and interesting for future usage so i want to develop and learning to use it at a good level!"

Hyena Topic

It is the Next Generation Internet Protocol designed by the IETF to overcome the shortage of IP addresses and to include evolutionary enhancements over the current Internet Protocol known to us all as IPv4. Each day, an estimation of 5,000 domains are registered, and together with that, each domain requires an IP address or more. 10 years ago this wasn't much of an issue, but it is starting to become a problem today. IPv6 fixes this problem. It adds improvements to it within areas such as security, network routing, Qos and address autoconfiguration. MyBSD has been together with IPv6 since June 2002. Our IPv6 connectivity comes from JaringV6 which is our Malaysian IPv6 provider.

The 6bone as we know is the largest IPv6 network in the world. The 6bone has been phased out for almost a year. However, we are still able to reach other globally independent IPv6 sites and so can you with minor configuration changes.

MyTBS is now offering IPv6 via IPv6-over-IPv4 tunnels to everyone. The tunnel will remain active so long as the user maintains his/her end of the tunnel. Stale or inactive tunnels will be removed from our system from time to time.

We also offer a single /64 allocation followed by reverse DNS delegation. For more details, please visit our request page.
